All members are most welcome to attend.

The following will apply:

A Branch membership check will be conducted on the evening, all current membership cards must be shown. No card, no entry or vote. Please do not be offended when asked, the same rule applies for all of us.

Any extraordinary agenda items must be submitted to the Branch Secretary in writing a full SEVEN days in advance of the Branch AGM date.

The Branch AGM Officer and Committee nomination sheets will be displayed on the branch noticeboard three weeks in advance of the Branch AGM. These will be removed seven days prior to the AGM

The bar will be open prior and after the meeting but not during the AGM
