Dates and Deadlines

Legion Membership Matters

MS4 – 09 Membership Application.  The MS4/08 has been updated to MS4-09 and this time the changes are significant:

·         Section A: amended (Under 18s will be Youth Members) to (12-17s will be Youth Members)

·         Section D: inserted (Please read joining date notes on page 4) and removed all reference to Proposer

Branches can of course continue to use MS4/06a, MS4/07 and MS4/08 but they should be aware of the change to the rules concerning a proposer.  Nobody should be using versions older than MS4/06a they are no longer acceptable and will be returned for update.

Branches should be ordering their new membership forms through Poppy Appeal at Aylesford and can order by email through Wendy Shone at: washone@britishlegion.org.uk

New Branch and Trust Funds Administrator.

Tom Cantwell has joined Finance Division as Branch and Trusts Administrator taking over from Nelson Mendes. With immediate effect anything that branches would have directed to Nelson Mendes should be directed to Tom; particularly regarding BFI scheme and Trusts. Tom can be contactable on number 020 3207 2306 and via email on tcantwell@britishlegion.org.uk .
